  2. If You disagree with the final decision of the Company in respect of Your claim and/or complaint and would like to dispute it, then (a) inasmuch as it relates to any acts of the Company under its Maltese online gambling licence, You may bring Your claim and/or dispute following the receipt of the Company's final decision to the Malta Gaming Authority at support.mga@mga.org.mt; (b) inasmuch as it relates to any acts of the Company under its Gambling Commission online gambling licence, You may bring Your claim and/or dispute following the receipt of the Company's final decision to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service.

XV. bermacam-macam

  1. These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between You and Us shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Malta, and You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malta with respect to any dispute regarding the validity, breach, interpretation, performance or otherwise arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the relationship between You and Us. Provided, however, that nothing within these Terms and Conditions will exclude the applicability of the laws of England in respect of anything applicable to the Company's Gambling Commission licence.
